My name is Vivian K. Humphrey and I moved to Coventry, RI with my husband of 35 years in 2014. We lived for 20 years in Attleboro, MA where we raised our two children. I am also a theatre director and the skills that I use to cast a show are the same as the ones needed to help you find your home. It must be a perfect match.

Having lived in CT, DC, VA, MA and RI and purchased 4 homes of our own - I can guide you through the experience smoothly and confidently.

We have owned a townhouse, built a new construction raised ranch, purchased a 1911 Victorian Colonial and now we have downsized to a one level ranch home on a lake.

I received my MA real estate license in 1995 and was pleased to facilitate the purchase and sale of condos, townhomes and single family houses. Currently, I am licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

As a successful small business owner, I founded and operated a non profit children's theatre in Alexandria, Virginia for 5 years and the Triboro Youth Theatre in Attleboro, MA for 16 years. More recently I have taught Theatre classes at The Prout School in Wakefield, RI.

I am currently on the Marion and Max Volterra Foundation and have previously served on the Board of Directors for Bristol Community College.
